Lucca
Lucca is an historic city in Tuscany region of Italy. Monuments, palaces, gardens, bridges…from medieval times are well preserved in Lucca.
In Lucca, almost every turn has a church from the 11th century. There’s the city wall - which is well presented - has a circular path above lined by trees creating a beautiful street for joggers, serves as recreation site for families too.
Lucca is located between Popular Piza and the city of Florence. In Italy, palaces are called palazzo. Palazzo Pfanner is an interesting palace to visit.
Another palace, Palazzo Mansi is now a national museum.
The clock tower - Torre delle Ore - not only speaks the history of Lucca., it serves as a tower from where the whole city can be seen. More so, its clock still strikes by the minute and hours.
