Oriental Pearl Tower

Oriental pearl tower is a media skyscraper beautifying the skyline of Shanghai. It was the tallest building in China when it was completed in 1994.



Oriental stands at a height of 468 metres with 14 floors all resting on 3 big columns, designed with eleven spheres some of which are customized for sightseeing.

The tower has radio and TV broadcasting stations. But it also has a revolving restaurant at 267 metres above ground and the Shanghai historical museum on the ground floor.

The tower also has an hotel and suites with varying scenic views.

Oriental pearl tower overlooks Huangpu River and a bubbling city.
