Andes
Running through the Western border of South America, the Andes mountain range is the longest in the world.
The Andes runs straight through 7 countries leaving out Brazil - the largest country on the continent. The Andes is divided into the Southern, Central and Northern Andes.
After the Tibetan plateau of Asia, the plateaus of Andes are the highest in the world. These plateaus serve as the residence of major cities and capitals in South America. One is La Paz of Bolivia, another Bogota of Colombia.
The highest mountain after Himalayas housing Mount Everest is found in Andes. It’s name is Aconcagua.
Due to climatic conditions, the Andes in Chile and Argentina are divided into the Wet and Dry Andes.
Agriculture, mineral resources, Flora and Fauna...humans đ and much more reside in the Andes.
