Elephant rock

In the desert skyline of AlUla, Saudi Arabia, Elephant rock stands about 52 metres tall giving the landscape an interesting intrigue.

A result of geological formations and erosions over millions of years, Elephant rock depicts its name, formed like a majestic elephant with its trunk fixed to the ground.

Elephant rock is one of the tourists attractions of AlUla in Madinah province. It is known in Arabic as Jabal Alfil.

Among other huge structures shaped by natural forces over time, Elephant rock stands out in the Arabian skyline and sandy desert.

There are coffee shops and seating arrangements near Elephant rock to entertain visitors while they drink in the sight of the giant elephant.
