Built purposely for FIFA World Cup 2022, Lusail iconic stadium in Lusail, Qatar was completed in the space of about 3 years.

The stadium seats 80,000 participants, shaped as a boat and dressed in elegant glass like its name “Iconic.” 

There are other FIFA World Cup stadiums in Qatar but Lusail will host the opening and closing games 🎊

It’s design reflects the culture and prestige of Qataris, their friendly and welcoming nature. A swimming pool will surround the stadium and produce a reflective moat for viewers.

The stadium is climate friendly, the electric supply is by a solar source. The stadium is planned to be resized after the World Cup to create space for community centers.
